If you have already practiced with your flexible nib and are looking to expand your repertoire of letter variations, these mini workshops are for you!
In this series of mini-workshops we will take the flexible nib used for Copperplate and use it to explore its potential and create new and exciting letterforms. I will guide you step by step to make the basic strokes, we will end up with an informal script that is modern but has the base of traditional letters. These highly original variations were created by calligrapher Michael Kecseg, and I greatly appreciate his generosity in allowing me to showcase his creations that I admire so much.
