Everything But Paper - VIRTUAL LIVE - September 25 & 26 (10am-1pm)

In this 6-hour workshop, aimed at people with experience in Calligraphy with a flexible pen, the student will learn to apply calligraphy on a wide variety of surfaces in addition to paper. The workshop is divided into two sessions of 3 hours each 

Students will explore materials such as wood, shells, stones, leaves, cloth, etc. We will learn how to use different tools that will work best for each texture. We'll go over different techniques for preparing and preserving materials, tips for fixing bugs, and we'll see how to work in both small and large formats.
