January 16 and 17 (10am to 2pm both days)
January is a perfect month to analyze the year that is ending and think about what we would like to achieve and improve in the new year.
In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with the establishment of goals and purposes for the coming year.
We will help each other with exercisesbreathingto focus our mind and intention in our practice; ofmeditationto take the positive and free ourselves from past experiences and frustrations and be able tofocusin the present and plan for the future. We will define our purposes and more importantly, we will see them reflected on a final piece with calligraphy, which we will be able to preserve and keep in mind throughout the year.
