7.-SHIPPING POLICIES.
If you made your payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal, your order will have been registered correctly, if you made it by means of transfer or deposit, we ask you to send us an image of your proof of payment tokousworkshops@gmail.comto track your purchase.
Orders will begin processing the next business day.
Once your payment is verified, we will place your order in the parcel within a period of 24 to 36 hours on business days.

8.-COLLECTION POLICIES.

9.-WORKSHOP MATERIAL.
All workshops (except Virtual Copperplate) have a registration deadline, please keep it in mind, since if you register after that date there is a high chance that your kit will not arrive on time for the class.
If you signed up before the deadline, your material will always be arriving days before the workshop.

10.-WORKSHOP POLICIES.

Workshops ORonline
If you can't make it to the event, don't worry, the recordings will be available after class.
Please note that workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
If you order the kit after the deadline, it may arrive after the live class.
If you purchased your workshop with offline payment, you must send us an image of your payment receipt within 36 hours tokousworkshops@gmail.comto follow up and send your materials (if applicable), otherwise your participation in the workshop will be cancelled.

Face-to-face workshops
If you cannot attend the workshop due to some unforeseen event, your options depend on the amount of time you notify us:
- If you notify us of your cancellation at least 10 days before the workshop, credit will be generated and you can take another workshop on a future date.
- If you notify us in a time less than those 10 days, you will be charged $550.00 (which is equivalent to the section) because the time is very short and it is possible that the place that had been considered for you will not be filled. (In the same way, the remaining money in case of having paid it in full remains as a credit for a future workshop.)
-The place of the workshop can be transferred with a cost of $150 pesos, to cover costs of personalization of materials. So if you can't attend, someone else you decide can take your place.
Please note that workshops are non-refundable once purchased.
eleven.-RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES.
If you make your payment and at the time of validating the existence of the material, it is out of stock or discontinued, we will let you know as soon as possible to:

Offer you a refund of the total paid, this refund will be by the same payment method with which you made it

The change of product in stock will be offered, this one with similar characteristics to the one requested and in the event of a price difference, it will be requested to cover the difference (if applicable).
12.-POLICIES OF CHANGES AND GUARANTEES.
If upon receiving your product, we ask you to inform us through our email kousworkshops@gmail.com within a maximum period of 48 hours.
If we had an error when sending you your requested product, we promise to resend it at no cost. You just have to inform us in the first 48 hours and we will follow up.
For both cases we ask that the material be in perfect condition, as it was received, with original packaging and documents (if applicable).
Design Kous does not refund cash.
It is recommended to send in original packaging, or perfectly protected to avoid damage in transit, since if it suffers damages, they will be directly your responsibility.
