Special Calligraphy Workshop "The Path" + Resolutions Calligraphy (Special Edition Workshop 8 hours)

December 4th and 5th (10am to 2pm (pacific) both days)

In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with mindfulness.

The end of the year is a perfect time to analyze the year that is ending and think about what we would like to achieve and improve in the next year.

In this workshop we will consciously combine calligraphy with setting goals and resolutions for the year ahead.

We will help ourselves with breathing exercises to focus our mind and intention in our practice; meditation to take the positive and free ourselves of past experiences and frustrations and be able to focus on the present and plan for the future. We will define our purposes and more importantly, we will see them reflected on a final piece with calligraphy, which we can keep and keep in mind throughout the year. This dynamic will help us to verbalize our purposes, put them on paper with our hand in a present way and make us aware of the changes we want to achieve.

We will accomplish this while learning our new calligraphy style "The Path" which is a very free and gestural modern calligraphy style that will help us to put a lot of emphasis on our breathing so that everything we write is loaded with our consciousness and intention.

At the end of the workshop you will learn in depth the lowercase and uppercase alphabets of "The Path", we will also create some final pieces with your purposes so that you can keep them in mind all year long.

In a nutshell, what will you learn in this workshop?

You will learn a new style called "The Path" designed to carry out a conscious practice, and we will help you define your resolutions for 2022, which you will put into a beautiful final piece.
